Adelaide’s hotel development pipeline continues to strengthen, with the upcoming Crystalbrook Sam project adding new capacity to the city’s CBD accommodation market.
The hotel, located on Halifax Street, is scheduled to open in late 2026 and will become Crystalbrook Collection’s first South Australian property.
The development will deliver approximately 190–200 rooms, alongside a rooftop restaurant, wellness facilities and a signature Eléme Day Spa, reflecting the brand’s focus on lifestyle-led accommodation.
Importantly for the business events sector, the property will also include meeting and event spaces, supporting Adelaide’s growing role as a host city for conferences and corporate events.
Its CBD location places it within close proximity to the Adelaide Convention Centre and major corporate precincts, offering practical advantages for event organisers managing delegate logistics.

Crystalbrook Sam will offer an increase in premium boutique accommodation options, particularly suited to executive travellers and smaller conference groups.
