This festive season W Brisbane is bringing a bold and playful take on the traditional hotel High Tea, daring guests to embrace their naughty or nice side. Kicking off on
Friday 20th November, Brissy locals and hotel guests will be tempted into questioning what list they will be landing on this Christmas.
Served in Living Room Bar, the pulse of the W scene, from Friday to Sunday every weekend, this clever take will answer all High Tea fan’s prayers until January 10, 2021. Guests wanting to keep it fun these holidays can enjoy an unexpected pairing of traditional English standouts and our Aussie faves, infused with a quintessential W twist.
For the naughty guests, charcoal and feta arancini will be reminiscent of the lump of coal found at the bottom of a Xmas stocking while a mini pancake with red pesto and chive crème fraîche will be the spitting image of a Santa Hat!
The stellar line up of treats will range from savoury bites such as a smoked turkey mousse with Davidson Plum powder and cranberry sauce, served in a beetroot cone evocative of a Xmas stocking, to a Crème De Menthe chocolate tart with pistachio dust – could conjure some Xmas Grinch vibes!
