With extensive experience in the business events sector, Ms Crum brings a blend of operational expertise and industry insight to the role.
Ms Crum will spearhead the PCOA team to take the association to the next level, building on 18 years of achievement to further elevate the status of event managers and continue the professional development and up skilling of practitioners across the entire business events community.
Based in New Zealand, her appointment marks a new chapter for the PCOA as it strengthens its trans-Tasman focus, ensuring greater representation and engagement across the Australasian market.
Together with the current PCOA team of Maxine Tod, Cindy Axisa, and Michelle Dick, she and the team will continue to deliver high-level service to members, business, and industry partners, and represent PCOA at key industry events including AIME, Business Events Expo, MEETINGS, and the annual PCOA Conference, which is this year being held in Christchurch.
The PCOA Council Management Committee, Barry Neame, Paula Leishman, and Karen Sainsbury, said they were delighted to welcome Ms Crum to the role.
