SITE ANZ has unveiled the first speakers and program highlights for Incentivise Live 2026, with this year’s conference set to explore the theme Forward by Design: Turning Industry Insight into Action.
Taking place on 18 August 2026 at W Sydney, Incentivise Live will bring together incentive travel professionals, destinations, agencies, suppliers and buyers for a day of learning, discussion and industry connection.
The 2026 program has been designed around the significant shifts currently shaping the industry, including artificial intelligence, evolving client expectations, workforce change and the growing need for organisations to remain adaptable in an increasingly complex environment.
Leading the program is opening keynote speaker Winitha Bonney OAM, who will challenge attendees to rethink uncertainty, leadership and opportunity through her session Leverage the Gap.
Additional speakers announced include respected business leaders Bruce Keebaugh and Leon Burman, who will share insights on staying relevant and resilient in changing markets, and experienced Chief Marketing Officer Dion Workman, who will explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping customer discovery and decision-making through his session Who Is Marketing to the Decision Engines?
SITE Global leader and REALM CEO Selina Sinclair will also present a special Hot Take session unpacking the latest Incentive Travel Index findings and the global trends influencing the future of incentive travel.
In a session developed specifically for the incentive travel community, Mercedes Ibbett and Nick Merry will explore where incentive travel sits within the broader reward landscape, examining the business objectives, budget decisions and strategic considerations that influence how reward programs are designed and why incentive travel earns its place in the reward mix.
According to SITE ANZ, the 2026 program has been intentionally curated to move beyond inspiration and focus on practical ideas, industry insight and meaningful conversations that help professionals navigate change and identify future opportunities.
“The world around us is changing rapidly, and our industry needs to continue evolving alongside it,” said SITE ANZ President Tanya Wick.
“Forward by Design is about bringing our industry together to explore what’s changing, challenge our thinking and identify how we can move forward with greater purpose and intention.”
New for 2026 is the Incentive Experience Showcase, which will feature short videos submitted by destinations and industry partners highlighting standout incentive experiences from around the world. Attendees will be able to vote for their favourite experience, with the winning entry announced during the conference.
