Corporate Travel Management recognised as Leading TMC across Australia & New Zealand

CTM has been named Leading Travel Management Company 2025

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) has been named Leading Travel Management Company 2025 for both Australia and New Zealand at the World Travel Awards, reinforcing its position as a major player in the corporate travel sector across the Tasman.

The annual awards, which celebrate excellence across the global travel and tourism industry, were presented at a black-tie ceremony at the InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong.

CTM’s New Zealand General Manager, David McKellar, said the recognition reflected the company’s long-standing commitment to the local market. He noted that CTM has operated in New Zealand for more than 40 years, focusing on understanding regional business needs and delivering tailored corporate travel solutions for Kiwi organisations.

CTM’s CEO for Australia and New Zealand, Jo Sully, highlighted strong customer retention and new business wins across both markets over the past year. She said ongoing investment in automation and AI has allowed CTM’s customer service teams to spend more time on complex travel requests, improving service quality and client satisfaction.

Why it matters to Executive Assistants:
Industry recognition provides reassurance for organisations reviewing or appointing travel management partners, particularly as corporate travel volumes increase and expectations around service, transparency and support continue to rise.
