Located on Level 2, the diverse meeting spaces offer unique sweeping views across the city
skyline, Swan River and Elizabeth Quay, allowing natural light to flood each space. On
arrival guests instantly feel connected to Western Australia. The vast Jarrah flooring, flooding light and local artwork create a profound sense of place for guests.
Perth artist, Bec Juniper, was commissioned to curate art that speaks to Western Australia’s vast and varied landscapes. For these works she has used aerial vistas to reflect a vision of the land surface across the state, mimicking landform construction and the dramatic landscapes WA is renowned for.
Celebrated Executive Chef, Jed Gerrard, leads a culinary team to tailor food and beverage
packages using the finest local ingredients and showcasing the flavours of WA. Seasonal
favourites include Confit ocean trout, salted kombu and nashi pear daikon remoulade, or
Miso baked toothfish with caramelised cauliflower, squid ink brioche with mussel sauce. Desserts range from a Fig and raspberry parfait with shortbread crumbs and jasmine tea
cake, or a Pineapple, basil maceration with coconut sponge and sorbet.
Eight dynamic meeting spaces can be tailored for any occasion, whether it be a stand-up
cocktail function, business meeting or a formal sit-down event. 4.8m high ceilings feature
across Level 2 and forge a unique experience for guests as each room fills with natural light.
The sweeping views from each meeting space are second to none and guests are spoilt for
choice with the outlook options they have for their special event. 935 square metres of pre-
function space opens up to an outdoor terrace overlooking Elizabeth Quay, accommodating
up to 120 guests for a sunset cocktail function. Unique to The Ritz-Carlton, Perth guests can bask in the afternoon light and enjoy the fresh breeze as part of any event.
The 550 square metre Elizabeth Quay Ballroom captivates on a grand scale and is
transformed based on the needs of the event. Overlooking the Perth skyline, the ballroom
boasts floor-to-ceiling windows on the Northern side, magnificent lighting features and
luxurious furnishings, ensuring elegance in every detail. Inspired by the rainbow serpent egg and the colours of WA’s vast landscapes, the carpet reflects the wave pattern surrounding the hotel in Elizabeth Quay.
Showcasing state of the art AV equipment The Ritz-Carlton, Perth works with Encore to
provide award-winning audio-visual services for all events. Each room has adaptable
conference equipment, customised table-mapping technology and 75-inch LED screens.
