
Jerry Crump has been appointed Group General Manager of Island Hotels Group, taking on leadership of key Cook Islands properties including The Edgewater Resort & Spa and Club Raro.
Crump brings more than 30 years of international hospitality experience, with senior roles across Australasia and global markets. His background includes leadership positions with Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, Hotel Grand Chancellor and Duxton Hotels International.
Prior to joining Island Hotels Group, Crump was General Manager of Trust House Limited in New Zealand, where he oversaw a diverse portfolio of hospitality, accommodation, food and beverage and retail operations.
Crump commenced the role in early 2026 and is responsible for the strategic direction and operational performance of the group’s portfolio. His focus includes strengthening guest experience, improving operational efficiency and enhancing engagement with the local tourism sector.
His appointment comes as Island Hotels Group looks to build on its established presence in the Cook Islands and position itself for future growth within the Pacific tourism market.
