Other NSW winners in catering included the Trippas White Group for the Singapore Airlines Sydney Lounge in the Corporate and Airline Lounge Caterer category. Trippas White also won the Education Caterer category.
Doltone House Jones Bay Wharf was awarded the top NSW prize in the Event/Convention Centre Caterer Over 200 Guests category.
