Saxton Speakers Bureau has used AIME 2026 to launch Loop, a new digital platform designed to streamline how keynote speakers, event organisers and stakeholders collaborate across increasingly complex business events.
Unveiled under the theme High Tech, High Touch, the platform has been developed in response to early-stage industry research and direct client feedback that points to rising administrative pressure, tighter timelines and fragmented communication across event delivery.
According to Saxton, clients consistently reported that growing email volumes and disconnected workflows were creating risk, eroding clarity and pulling experienced teams away from higher-value advisory work. Rather than dissatisfaction, the feedback highlighted a sector being asked to “do more with less” as expectations around delivery and experience continue to rise.
Loop brings every stage of the talent engagement process into a single, secure portal, giving users shared visibility across bookings, documents, logistics, invoices and direct messaging with the Saxton team. Importantly, Saxton is positioning the platform as a support tool rather than a replacement for human expertise, reinforcing its long-standing high-touch service model.
Saxton says Loop will continue to evolve through industry co-design and real-world feedback, positioning the platform as both a practical response to today’s challenges and a foundation for how business events will be delivered in the years ahead.
