The Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC) was announced as the venue for Land Forces 2026 and the 36th International Federation of Societies of Cosmetic Chemists Congress, to also be held in 2026.
Land Forces is Australia’s largest defence trade event, and the 2026 outing will be the first time the conference has been held in Perth.
It is expected to attract thousands of national and international delegates, and showcase the very latest in defence technology, innovation and collaboration.
Delegate numbers for the 36th International Federation of Societies of Cosmetic Chemists Congress is also expected to attract more than 1000 delegates from around the world.
Together, these wins mark a significant achievement for Western Australia, and highlight the strength of collaboration across industry, government, and business events partners.
PCEC general manager, Kendra Naidoo, said these wins are a testament to the teamwork and vision of everyone involved.

The two events are expected to generate millions of dollars for the local economy, create global collaborative opportunities, and position Western Australia and Australia as a leading destination for both defence and scientific innovation.
